SAN e BUN was born from the courage, the passion and the desire to create an important project, not based exclusively on the economic aspect of the sale of food products: the desire to create "something" useful for oneself, for others and for the land we live in.
Since 2009 we have been cultivating, in the family farm of Falicetto - a fraction of Verzuolo (CN), the lands handed down for generations, but with a little big difference compared to the past: the old traditional cultivation has given way to the organic one, which allows us to produce a 100% wholemeal flour, thus excluding any use of chemical synthesis substances (fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides).
